The "MWM" acronym is derived from the last names of our company's leaders: Matthews, Williams and Maupin.
Together, these three men work diligently to inspire others to achieve their dreams, leave no one behind, and trust in God for wisdom and direction.
We stand available to serve our community with excellent counsel, informative workshops and presentations, including the sponsorship and support of various events designed to enhance and inspire everyone to achieve their highest aspirations!

Dr. Andre E. Matthews
Director of Community Chaplaincy and Training Department
Recipient of the 2024 Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award, Dr. Andre E. Matthews is a visionary whose entire career has been in serving his community. A USMC veteran, and husband of over 32 years, Dr. Matthews' faith anchors him as he engages everyone he meets with extreme excitement, providing counsel and insight to many individuals, groups and companies globally.
A certified mental health coach and president of an international school of ministry, Dr. Matthews holds a doctorate in theology, an honorable doctorate in theology, other degrees and certifications, Dr. Matthews will continue to celebrate his life journey, and challenge others to do the same!
Rev. Earnest R. Williams
Director of FamilyLife and CommunityHealth
Married to his lovely wife Mae of 35 years, Earnest R. Williams is a US Army veteran whose desire it is to touch community and encourage healthy relationships. Earnest holds a bachelor of science degree in religion as well.
Exemplifying great leadership throughout CONUS, influencing family and relational enrichment through multiple community outreaches, Earnest continues to touch lives through his walk of faith as well, and is one of the top nine ecclesiastical leaders in his internationally recognized religious organization.
Dr. Roderick L. Maupin
Director of VeteranLife and HopeArises
Presently pursuing degrees in rehabilitation and disabilities, Dr. Roderick is happily married to his wife Felicia of 36 years, and is a US Navy veteran. Dr. Maupin's career is full of accomplishments that boggles the mind, including sharing faith and encouragement throughout CONUS and abroad. He is also in pursuit of his doctorate in psychology, and is ready to support our veterans and anyone in need of sound practical advice and encouragement.
Dr. Roderick is passionate about his faith, and in the resolve of every individual to reach their potential in life!
